All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Economy Shipping
We currently offer Economy Shipping for eligible orders.

The same Economy Shipping delivery estimate applies to all supported delivery countries.
Supported Delivery Countries
We currently ship to the following European countries:

- Belgium
- Finland
We do not currently target or ship to the United Kingdom through our Google Merchant Center listings.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. HandmadeArcades is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can help review the shipment and assist with the courier investigation process.

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
